The Scotsman Group in Scotland is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will lead a team, uphold high standards, and champion seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to delight guests across our venues in Scotland.
You’ll contribute to menu development, mentor staff, and ensure safety and efficiency, while benefiting from flexible working, staff meals, and ongoing development through our Scotsman Steps programme.
