• Manage stock and deliveries

• Monitor kitchen compliance
  , ensuring food safety diaries are up to date

We’re seeking a
passionate and driven chef
with excellent kitchen experience. Ideally, you’ll have:

• 2-3 years of experience
  in a freshfood, fast-paced kitchen
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification
• Ability to lead and train junior chefs
  ,maintaining high culinary standards
• A strong team-player mentality
  , with afocus on efficiency and excellence
