The Lensbury, part of Iconic Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in our all day Restaurant and Banqueting kitchen. You will be responsible for managing your designated section under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining consistency.
We require NVQ 2/3 or equivalent, valid Level 2 Food Hygiene, and proven experience in a busy kitchen (min 1 AA Rosette). Full-time 40 hours per week, with evenings and weekends.
