Recruit Genie is seeking a creative Chef and hard-working individuals to join our Kitchen Team in the role of Junior Sous Chef. You will support the Head and Sous Chef, lead during busy services, and prepare dishes across all menus including breakfast, room service, and events.
You should have at least 4 years of professional cooking experience, at least 1 year in a Senior CDP or Junior Sous role, and be trained in food hygiene level 2+ (HACCP and allergens).
