The Social Hub in Glasgow’s Merchant City hosts SíSí, a rooftop restaurant bar with bold Mexican‑American flavours. As Chef de Partie you will run your own section, cook to SíSí recipes and help ensure every plate meets high standards in a busy, vibrant kitchen.
You’ll work closely with Head and Sous Chefs, share knowledge with juniors and contribute ideas to menus while maintaining kitchen hygiene and efficiency.
