One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a dedicated kitchen brigade. The role focuses on delivering smooth, consistent service and upholding strict hygiene and health and safety standards in a busy kitchen environment.
Compensation includes up to £44k (including tronc) with a £38k per year base on a 45-hour contract, plus generous benefits and training opportunities to progress toward Head Chef roles within the HDV group.
