Retail Sales Assistant

Overview

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance and the friendly face offering product insight, knowledge and trust. From in-store personal shopping experiences and car seat consultations to in-store parent to be events, our teams guide customers along their parenting journey to create magical moments as they buy essentials like prams, cots, baby changing tables or outfits for baby's first birthday.

Our SALES CONSULTANT / SALES ASSISTANT Teams are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our family and are looking for amazing SALES ASSISTANTS (S) to be based at our Glasgow store.

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covers 16 hours per week, including either Saturdays, Sundays or both. Apply to chat through what shift patterns would work best for you.

• Support store customers with product knowledge and personalised shopping experiences.
• Assist with in-store events and customer journeys to create memorable moments.

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Friendly and customer-focused with a passion for creating positive shopping experiences.
