As a Sales/Style Specialist, you will assist clients in finding their perfect tailored attire while providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include client consultations, styling advice, developing personalized solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will maintain a high level of product knowledge and contribute to the store’s visual presentation. You will be joining a hungry and innovative team.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow City.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and connect with clients
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Strong initiative and forward thinking attitude
• Ability to create long term relations with clients and master follow up sales techniques
• A passion for fashion and tailoring, with an understanding of modern and classic styling trends
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in luxury retail or tailoring is an advantage
