Job Description

Location:

JD Sports- 0045 Glasgow Braehead, Unit 58 & 59, Glasgow, Renfrewshire, United Kingdom.

Hourly rate: £12.81 per hour.

As a Store Colleague, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience every day, greeting customers with confidence, maintaining high presentation standards, and ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly.

• Welcome customers confidently and offer friendly support.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
• Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.

• Positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, confident engaging customers and working as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow your skills in a supportive store environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.

• Genuine passion for JD’s brands, trends, and the latest products.
• Proactive attitude, confident approaching customers and supporting sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the shop floor always looks sharp and ready.
• Self‑motivation, with a desire to improve and progress within JD Group.
