As our Junior Merchandiser you will be responsible for supporting the company’s Merchandisers in the planning/forecasting of one of our key departments.
- Merchandise one or more of the categories within the departments from range build to implementation and support the Merchandiser on wider departmental planning and trading.
- Oversee the management of the product range, ensuring stock availability at all times.
- Analyse historical and current sales information, recommending and implementing actions.
- Analyse Weekly Stock Sales and Intake (WSSI) for own department and explore additional promotions as necessary.
- Forecast sales and managing Open-To-Buy (OTB) to ensure optimal stock flow.
- Work with stock allocation team to manage and maintain store availability.
- Do you have experience as a Junior Merchandiser or an Assistant Merchandiser within a retail environment?
- Do you excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities?
- Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally?
- Do you have an analytical mindset and the ability to make decisions based on data, insight and experience?
