At wed2b, our Store Managers combine strong commercial leadership with a genuine focus on people—both customers and team members. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll drive sales performance, develop your team, and ensure every bride receives a personalised and supportive experience.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Take ownership of overall store performance
, using data and insight to drive results - Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, building a strong internal talent pipeline
- Lead from the front through visible, hands‑on management on the shop floor
- Create a positive, inclusive team culture focused on performance, accountability, and support
- Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role (luxury or customer‑focused environment preferred)
- A strong track record of delivering sales results and managing KPIs
- Confident leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solution‑focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer‑first mindset with the ability to balance commercial focus and empathy
- Fluent in English and Dutch
