As a Customer Service Assistant/Delivery Driver, your role will include:

• Pick, prepare and deliver home delivery orders.
• Provide excellent customer service to the customer.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
• Comply with all company policies and processes.
• Ensure the store achieves its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
• Ensure cash preparation is completed as per the company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years driving experience and no more than 6 points on the licence.
• Ability to pick, prepare, load the van, and deliver orders across all times of the day from 6 am till 10 pm.
• The ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills, able to use a smart phone, tablet and home delivery app.
