• Up to £45,000 for a Qualified Dispensing Optician or up to £30,000 for an experienced Optical Assistant
• An outstanding holiday allowance of 28 days plus all bank holidays – giving you significantly more time off than the industry standard to rest and recharge
• Full-time hours of 37.5 per week – working Saturdays and four weekdays, keeping you right at the heart of the action during their busiest and most vibrant days
