Hours:

We are looking to recruit a retail assistant for our shop in Clyde Gateway, Glasgow. The role is a permanent part‑time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 12 hours worked over 3 days each week, including weekends.

Pay depends on age:

• Ages 16‑20: £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21 +: £12.81 per hour

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep shops safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy and able to juggle multiple tasks across deliveries, the till, customer assistance, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliability, as colleagues and customers depend on you to perform your best on each shift and not let the team down.
• Flexibility with shift times, including the ability to cover for team members on holiday as rotas are planned three weeks in advance.
• Successful completion of an Employment Verification check if offered the position.
