Overview

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Braehead store. The role is part‑time, permanent, with 8‑hour contracts available.

You will receive a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus a non‑contractual hourly sales commission. You may also be eligible for a performance‑related bonus.

• Approach customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable information about products.
• Serve customers at the till and process sales transactions.
• Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuously replenish stock to ensure shelves are always full.
• Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensure the shop floor is always clean and tidy to a high standard.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties as required.
