Store Assistant – 16 Hours – Sweaty Betty

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintaining store standards – front and back, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
  • Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
  • Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and obtaining customer data.

Skills and Abilities

Required
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
