Beauty Consultant - Fragrance

About The Role

We are looking for a Part Time Beauty Consultant to work across Makeup, Skincare, or Fragrance at our Glasgow store. The role focuses on delivering world‑class customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

• Provide engaging and personalised customer experiences.
• Apply product knowledge and a “Beauty of Selling” approach to reach sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Replenish inventory as needed.
• Champion our My Beauty rewards scheme.
• Collect, analyse and act on customer feedback survey data.

• Strong foundation in retail, hospitality or beauty.
• Experience delivering memorable customer service.
• Dedicated, disciplined and a clear example of excellence within a team.
• Ambitious and driven by sales targets.
• Adhere to high standards of appearance, punctuality and Harrods policies.

• Salary of £16,000 plus commission.
