Store Manager - Buchanan

Salary range: £35,

As the store manager, you are the brand ambassador and responsible for the store’s overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager, a team of supervisors and sales assistants, and support them in creating memorable experiences for customers.

• Support and motivate the in‑store team on a day‑to‑day basis to achieve the store’s targets by identifying and maximizing opportunities to surpass KPIs while delivering exemplary customer service.
• Have a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
• Be trained to become a Pandora product expert and nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential and support succession.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
• A passion for delivering a culture of exemplary customer service.
• The ability to understand the importance of Pandora’s local and global business strategy and translate this into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
• Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to act to deliver when opportunities are identified.
• Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
• The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
• A positive, can‑do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
• A well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
