Pay and Hours
  • Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25.
  • For all hours worked between midnight and 6 am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour.
  • Minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
  • Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least three weeks’ notice of your shifts.
  • You must be 18 or over to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in‑store.
  • Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
  • Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
  • Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and planet a little better every day.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
  • Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
  • A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
  • A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
