Supervisor - Home & Fashion

Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your retail career? We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our home & fashion store team in Glasgow, so we could be the perfect match!

12 Week Fixed Term Contract. Must be fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends and bank holidays. Fashion experience desirable.

• Support store management team by inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
• Ensure highest standard of customer service.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high standard of visual merchandising.
• Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
• Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
• Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
• Work with the manager to generate stock.

• Experience in customer service in a senior sales assistant role.
• Commercially driven to encourage new ideas.
