Retail Sales Advisor - Part Time

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Glasgow Fort store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering part‑time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments.

This role is for 24 hours per week across 3 days.

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5‑star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role

• Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission – many of our part‑time Retail Sales Advisors earn an additional £876.00 pro rata each month.
