Retail Assistant (Athlete) PT 8H - Glasgow

Retail assistant positions at Nike retail stores are referred to as “athletes.” This is a part‑time, 8‑hour contract with potential overtime opportunities.

• Exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
• Assisted our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supported various store departments (operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products, building visual displays) and recommended products to reach sales targets.
• Used knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informed consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Improved your own knowledge via training courses to stay up to date and gain insights on sales trends, Nike products, and culture.

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
