Store Assistant

Store Assistant – Glasgow Parkhead

10 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

We are looking for a friendly face to help customers find what they need. In addition to customer service, you will handle deliveries, warehouse tasks and stocking shelves. The role includes early starts and late finishes; you must be comfortable working during hot summer and cold winter conditions.

• Help customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service, staying efficient during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to help customers choose the right tools.
• Be proactive—sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
