Job Overview

Retail Shift Manager rsee store operations, motivate the team, and maintain high standards. Work 30‑40 hours per week with various shifts, including bank holiday and night work.

• Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Motivate and develop team members, encouraging growth and efficient store operations.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience at every visit.

• Competitive hourly pay rate, plus £2.00 per hour for bank holiday work and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
