Retail Assistant - Part Time, Evenings & Weekends

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Drumchapel, Glasgow City.

Position: permanent part‑time with a minimum of 12 hours across 3 days per week, including weekends.

• Minimum 12 hours per week.
• 3 days, 7 hours each day.
• Shift availability: weekday evenings, all day Saturday and Sunday.

• Pay: £10.95 per hour for ages 16‑20; £12.81 per hour for ages 21+.

• Assist customers in locating items.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help in packing, and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care, manage deliveries, quickly place products into freezers and onto shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach.
• Enjoy being busy; able to shift between deliveries, till service, customer help, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliable and a good team player.
• Flexible with shifts; willing to cover for team members when needed.
