Dispatch Administrator

Starting Salary: £12.71+ (depending on experience)

Location: Glasgow G2 8BL

Fully onsite - 40 hours per week (5/7 - with some weekend working required)

• Execute stock requests in an accurate and timely manner
• Ticket and file away the stock deliveries in the relevant storage areas
• Prepare web orders to go out to the stores (boxing/packaging/quality control) and ship to customers
• Monitor warranty activations for luxury watches
• Administer all email and telephone requests from the branches as required
• Receive branch transfers from stores and stockroom and report any discrepancies
• Assist with the daily/weekly tasks of overstocks, damages, branch requests, price changes and company directives.
• Log and process DPD uplifts for customers
• Assist with:
  Special Orders, Customer Repairs, RTM'S and web order picks
• Assist with all aspects of the admin for the customer success team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working in a fast paced, luxury retail environment is desirable, but not essential
• Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a wider team
• Good communication skills
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
