Source is seeking a Customer Service Lead to manage a two-person team within our luxury ecommerce environment. You will steer day-to-day operations, drive service excellence and champion a customer‑first culture.
You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver a seamless journey, coach the team, and use data to continually improve processes and KPIs, ensuring brand values are reflected in every interaction.
