One O One Convenience Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager Designate for our Drumchapel store. You will lead by example, create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensure staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
You will be responsible for stock control, merchandising, policy compliance and driving KPIs such as sales and payroll, with cash processes handled according to company procedures. The role offers career development within a growing regional group.
