Your Day-to-Day

Lead and inspire your team to deliver attentive, consultative service—think personal styling, not transactional selling.
Create a store environment that’s elegant, welcoming, and emotionally engaging.
Handle customer queries with warmth and professionalism—especially during those once-in-a-lifetime purchases.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence.
Support your team’s growth through coaching, feedback, and development.
Monitor performance and take action to drive results.
Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to the highest standard
