DescriptionWe're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Agri Sales Team Member to join our retail team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll use your passion for agriculture and great service to support our customers and help grow our business. AboutThe Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: Up to30 Hours per week
As an Agri Sales Team Member, you'll be a key part of the store team, helping customers find the right products and solutions for their needs. You'll build trusted relationships, share your knowledge, and support the team in delivering a great in-store experience.
Key responsibilities include:- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service to all customers
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Promoting our products, services, and seasonal campaigns
- Making proactive calls and emails to encourage repeat trade
- Supporting stock management, product picking for deliveries and the processing of delivery paperwork.
- Attending team meetings and sharing feedback to improve performance
- Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment
- Knowledge of agricultural products and the rural community (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping customers and delivering great service
- A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
- Confidence using IT systems and handling multiple tasks
