Sales Consultant | Luxury Jewellery | Part-Time We are working with a beautiful luxury jewellery brand looking for a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves jewellery, enjoys building relationships with customers and takes pride in delivering a personalised shopping experience. You will help customers discover beautiful pieces, offering guidance and advice to ensure every visit feels special.

The Role Deliver a warm, personalised customer experience, building relationships and understanding individual customer needs. Provide expert guidance on jewellery collections, styles and designs. Support customers in finding the perfect pieces for special occasions and meaningful moments. Drive sales by identifying opportunities and making thoughtful product recommendations. Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and attention to detail. Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and visual merchandising.

Support with stock management and general day-to-day store operations. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a consistently high standard of service. About You Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role. A genuine passion for jewellery, luxury or premium retail. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and providing a personalised service. A consultative approach to selling, with a focus on understanding customer needs.

A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for quality and craftsmanship. A motivated team player who enjoys working towards sales targets. Flexible and reliable, with availability to work part-time hours, including weekends where required. Why Join?
