Furza is a graduate development and training development company seeking a Sales Development Representative. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and diligent candidate for our client; a self-starter who can work independently, and as part of a team, and has a real aptitude to learn about the core product offerings and how they can help potential clients.
The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyse business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs whilst working closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads. This role will see you join a dynamic team of highly motivated and determined individuals.

Responsibilities- Pro‑active and creative outreach to key stakeholders of in‑target businesses by phone, email and Linked In making use of cutting‑edge technology provided for enhanced sales development
- Following a consultative questioning process when engaging and promoting the company’s products, ultimately leading to full 360 sales cycle expertise
- Achieve specified and agreed monthly KPI’s and targets
- Key stakeholder mapping through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Develop excellent customer and prospect relationships leading to growth in both existing and new accounts
- Recent degree‑level graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop genuine relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues
- The ability to be consultative and curious when speaking with prospects and customers
- You enjoy a fast‑paced, dynamic environment!
