What You’ll Be DoingThis is a dynamic B2B sales role focused on building relationships with our existing customers. You’ll be their go‑to advisor, helping them get more value from our services while ensuring their contracts stay current.
- Proactively contact existing customers to upsell and cross‑sell additional products and services
- Renew customer contracts, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate product bundles, pricing, and contract terms tailored to customer needs
- Take a consultative, customer‑first approach to every conversation, ensuring compliance and clarity throughout

What You’ll Bring- Previous experience in a B2B sales, direct telesales or renewals role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different customer styles
