This is a senior bathroom sales role within a well-established, growing business built on the back of a highly successful trade operation. Demand is strong. Enquiries are consistent. The business is now looking to appoint an experienced bathroom showroom professional to take ownership of sales performance within its Glasgow operation. This is not a junior role and it is not a design studio position.

It is a commercially focused, customer‑led bathroom sales opportunity.

The business has developed a strong relationship with a prestigious bathroom brand and continues to grow through reputation, referrals and service. As enquiry levels increase, a senior salesperson is required to manage customers properly, convert opportunities consistently and build long‑term relationships that drive repeat business. This role has been created because of growth, not replacement.

This is a consultative, customer‑first environment. Customers are listened to properly. Their needs are understood. Solutions are built around what works best for them. Sales are won through knowledge, trust and professionalism rather than pressure or hard‑sell tactics. Pace matters because customers value clarity and responsiveness, not because anyone is being driven by unrealistic KPIs.

You’ll be supported by an experienced design team, allowing you to focus on consultation, sales and customer management rather than being tied up in detailed drawings.

You’re an experienced bathroom showroom salesperson with a proven track record of managing projects from initial consultation through to close. You understand how to guide customers through considered purchasing decisions and are comfortable discussing layouts, product selection and practical installation considerations. You take pride in doing things properly. You value reputation. You know that strong service leads to repeat business. You are commercially minded, motivated by earnings and confident managing your own customer base.

Basic salary between £35,000 and £39,000 depending on experience
Uncapped commission paid quarterly
Realistic OTE £50,000 £ 60,000 for strong performers
