Senior Channel Account Manager – IT Infrastructure & Services

Location: Hybrid – 3 days office, rest remote.
Salary: £65k–£80k base salary plus uncapped commission.

We are a well‑established technology services provider entering an exciting new phase of growth and are looking for a Senior Channel Account Manager to expand our presence across the UK channel ecosystem.

• Identify, engage and secure new channel partners across MSP, reseller and distributor networks.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to onboarding.
• Build strong, consultative, long‑term partner relationships with existing partners.
• Develop revenue across onboarded partners through structured account planning.
• Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting.

• Strong channel sales experience within the IT/technology sector.
• Proven success acquiring (not just managing) channel partners.
• Experience delivering £1M individual sales targets.
• Confident engaging Director/C‑Suite stakeholders.
• Consultative, solutions‑led selling style.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and comfortable in a growth‑phase environment.
