Salary & Benefits: Up to £35,000 basic + generous, uncapped commission Contract: Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid (3–4 days remote, 1–2 days office-based, Monday–Friday)
We’re looking for an experienced, self-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our fast-growing commercial team s is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering value, and consistently exceeding targets.
You’ll be representing our market-leading website and digital marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK, pitching with credibility, confidence, and strategic insight.
This role is ideal for someone who has the drive and tenacity to open new doors, while also possessing the consultative skills to close high-value deals and foster long‑term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing- Driving new business through proactive outreach, using tools like Linked In, video messaging, email, and attending relevant networking events.
- Qualifying leads and identifying opportunities that align with our digital solutions and the needs of the customer.
- Conducting insightful consultations via video, phone, or in-person meetings to understand business goals and demonstrate how our services can meet them.
- Closing deals with professionalism, aligning with clear targets and KPIs.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on live events, webinars, and workshops to further engage prospects and elevate brand presence.
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or consultative selling within digital marketing.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client pipelines.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to diverse business owners.
- Confident using CRM tools, Linked In, and video platforms for lead generation and sales engagement.
- Comfortable working independently, while also being a supportive and dynamic team player.
- A strong sense of initiative, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit.
