Overview of the Job

We are looking to add a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Account Manager to our team. Building and sustaining solid client connections, spotting new business prospects, and boosting sales are all part of this job. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic approach, and experience in B2B sales.

Duties
  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Increase the company’s clientele by finding and seizing new business prospects within target areas
  • Develop bespoke sales tactics based on a detailed study of customer demands and market trends
  • Utilise Salesforce to track sales efforts, manage customer data, and produce reports for management evaluation
  • Lead discussions and close transactions effectively while preserving professional connections with clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to create comprehensive solutions
  • Analyse sales data to find trends, predict future sales, and guide strategic planning
  • Lead the sales team by imparting best practices and coaching less experienced employees where necessary
  • Stay informed about market prospects, competitors, and industry advancements
Qualifications
  • B2B sales expertise with a solid track record of accomplishing goals
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to persuade stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analysis ability to understand sales data and market trends efficiently
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM technologies for managing customer relationships and reporting
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate team members and lead by example
  • Proactive, well‑organised, with great negotiating abilities and a calculated approach to sales planning
  • Preferred: recognised degree in sales or marketing (not required)
