This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Account Manager located in Glasgow. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, provide tailored support, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will engage with clients to understand their financial challenges, deliver advice, and maintain positive client relationships. A strong focus will be placed on delivering excellent service and meeting client needs effectively.

• Proven experience in Account Management and relationship-building
• Excellent Communication abilities to engage effectively with clients
• Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
