We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join our Commercial Vehicle team at SIXT HQ in Clydebank
.
This role is ideal for service-oriented individuals with experience in sales support or customer-facing roles. We also welcome candidates from industries such as hospitality, financial services, or retail looking for a rewarding career move.
As a Sales Support Executive, you will be a key player in supporting our field sales team, maintaining client relationships, and helping drive revenue through data-driven insights and excellent customer service.
What you’ll do- Customer Service & Sales Support: Deliver outstanding customer service by managing client queries, supporting account reviews, and ensuring high satisfaction across every touchpoint.
- Sales Operations & Administration: Support field sales colleagues by preparing quotes, pricing proposals, meeting packs, and managing contract administration with a structured and detail-focused approach.
- Data Analysis & Sales Growth: Interpret customer usage data to identify trends and sales opportunities, supporting revenue growth both independently and alongside your Sales colleagues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with key departments including Fleet, Finance, and Logistics to deliver seamless service and maintain strong internal communication.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and ensure accurate tracking of activity and sales KPIs.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sales Support, Account Management, Inside Sales, or a client-facing service environment.
- Sales Awareness: Strong commercial instincts and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Communication
Skills:
Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication. - Organisation & Attention to Detail: Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain structure in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with customer data to draw insights and inform decisions.
- IT & CRM Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred).
