Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join the aparto team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and sales support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings processes, contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents.

Leasing and Lettings
  • Manage all aspects of the lettings process, from initial enquiry to tenancy completion.
  • Organise property tours, showcasing the benefits of living with aparto.
  • Ensure compliance by completing student and financial checks.
  • Support lease renewals to maintain high occupancy rates and achieve revenue goals.
  • Ensure sales leads are handed over to the relevant property, so leads are converted.
  • Ensure the achievement of the portfolio revenue and occupancy goals through your sales activities.
Customer Service
  • Respond promptly to student enquiries via Whats App, WeChat, live chat, email, phone, and in person, ensuring a personalised and welcoming experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing any concerns efficiently.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints during the weekend and act as a liaison with the property team if issues cannot be resolved independently.
  • Support property teams in hitting their sales goals.
Sales and Marketing
  • Convert enquiries into viewings and bookings by showcasing property USPs.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the property’s features and local amenities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote all properties.
  • Maintain accurate databases for effective reporting and analysis.
Team Collaboration
  • Provide performance metrics for management to aid in strategic decisions.
  • Assist weekend security teams and coordinate with them on weekend service issues.
  • Supervise contractors such as cleaning companies, window washing, lift maintenance and security.
Person Specification
  • Previous experience in a lettings or sales role (preferred).
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Be confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Have proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
