Senior Business Development Manager – Soft FM Services
£40,000 – £50,000 basic salary | OTE £70,000 – £80,000

The Role
You will be responsible for winning new business across a defined territory, targeting SME organisations (50–150 staff) across sectors including:
* Accountancy & legal firms
* Commercial offices
* Industrial & manufacturing
* Education
* Professional services
You will be selling a multi-service Soft FM solution, including commercial cleaning, window cleaning, hygiene services and waste management.
This is a consultative, solution-led sale, focused on service quality, reliability and long-term value — not price.
The Progression Opportunity
This is not just another BDM role.
The plan is clear – hit your new business target, demonstrate structure and consistency, show your ability to support and influence others. Then move into a sales leadership role, managing a team of BDM’s.

What we’re looking for
A proven new business hunter who:
* Has a strong track record in B2B service sales
* Is structured in their approach to territory and pipeline management
* Is credible at decision-maker level
* Is motivated by progression into leadership
* Brings energy, professionalism and consistency
Soft FM / facilities management experience is advantageous — but not essential.
