Business Developer – Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to help us expand our client base and grow our service portfolio. The ideal candidate will be experienced in lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals
, particularly in the web development, digital marketing, and design industries
. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and bringing in projects through platforms like , Upwork, Linked In, and direct outreach
.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients through online platforms, social media, and direct networking.
  • Create persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and follow up on leads to convert them into paying clients.
  • Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Work closely with our project team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, BDM, or Sales Executive in the IT/Digital Services sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in using , Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
    .
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of web development, design, or digital marketing services is a plus.
