Responsibilities

You will:

  • Achieve sales targets by selling Dell solutions through outbound calling, consultation, and influential selling techniques.
  • Provide an exceptional experience to Small Business customers byadvisingthem on technology solutions that help their business succeed.
  • Build andmaintainstrong business relationships through needs analyses, product education, and delivery of technical specifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues to support and streamline the sales process.

Essential Requirements

  • 0–1yearsof general sales or customer-facing professional experience.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative professional with strong communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
