The Company

A fast growing organisation which provides global businesses with Digital Transformation & Workplace Automation solutions. Their clients include some of the largest companies in the world spanning government, healthcare, finance and similar sectors. They have a collaborative, entrepreneurial and growth culture with opportunity to earn significant sums of money for top performers. Some of their deal values would net £700k - £1m in commission for the sales person.

The Role of Inside Sales Executive

The sales function doesn’t have time to work through all of their incoming leads and enquiries and therefore they have to focus on the largest opportunities.

Therefore, the main purpose of your role will be to work through those leads and opportunities, find the serious ones and convert them into business. You will also of course do some lead generation-based activity yourself.

This is 100% new business focused role. When you win a new client, you pass it to the onboarding team and move on.

Requirements for this Inside Sales Exec position

  • 2+ years sales experience working for a software company
  • Working as an appointment setter or sales associate and looking for a step-up
  • Hard working, intelligent, highly articulate and confident
  • Able to learn a new technical proposition quickly
  • Resilient, plenty of energy and someone who naturally takes the initiative
  • Highly organised (eg keeping the CRM system/Hubspot up to date)
  • Stable career history
