We’re hiring a Customer Growth Executive to join a growing business consultancy in central Glasgow. The company works closely with small businesses, helping them manage essential services so they can focus on what they do best – running their business.

This is not cold sales. Instead, you’ll be working with existing customers
, building relationships and helping them get the most value from the services available.

• Speak with existing customers on a daily basis
• Understand their business needs and challenges
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
• Work towards targets in a supportive, high-energy environment

This role is ideal if you are already in a customer-focused role and ready for a step up.

• Working in a call centre or customer service role
• Used to speaking with customers and building rapport quickly
• Target-driven and motivated by earning commission
• Confident, outgoing, and naturally chatty
• Keen to learn, develop, and progress your career

• £25,000 base salary
• £5,000–£10,000 commission in your first year
• Office-based role in central Glasgow
