BMS Sales Account Manager
Location:
Glasgow or Aberdeen
Salary:
Up to £60,000 + bonus + car/car allowance

Vantage Consulting are working with a leading organisation in the smart buildings and BEMS sector to recruit a BMS Sales Account Manager.
This is a client-facing role focused on managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering tailored building management and energy solutions. You will be regularly meeting clients, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Forecast pipeline and order intake
- Produce detailed technical proposals and project estimates
- Lead commercial initiatives and support wider business objectives
- Conduct regular client reviews to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with in the BEMS / BMS industry
- Technical qualifications (electrical and/or mechanical preferred)
- Interest in smart buildings, energy, and innovative technologies
