The Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team in a strategic, relationship-focused role. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and contributing to long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners within your territory
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans aligned with business growth objectives
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and business models to support long-term planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and added value
  • Identify and develop opportunities for mutual growth across relevant sectors
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
  • Manage customer accounts to achieve targets across growth, profitability, and engagement
  • Promote adoption of digital tools and services
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and market insights
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems

The Candidate
  • Proven experience in a B2B account management or similar role
  • Background or familiarity with the agricultural industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Commercial awareness with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Organised, self‑motivated, and able to maintain a long‑term strategic focus
  • Comfortable using digital tools and adapting to new technologies
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

  • £50,000 basic salary (up to 60K with bonuses) plus company car

Candidate Requirements
