Responsibilities

  • Partner with key customers by building outstanding relationships in the Premium and Influencer On‑Trade outlets, understanding their needs, local consumer and developing and executing solutions.
  • Deliver on key selling metrics:
    Brand Distribution, Visibility in outlet, New Business, Promotion and Financial Targets.
  • Develop & manage sales and promotional brand plans for specialist customer base aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Act as business contact to deliver 360 solutions, resolving all questions/issues.
  • Responsible for winning new premium business listings, retaining and growing existing business.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing & Brand Ambassadors to host prestige events and execute ‘best‑in‑class’ brand activations.
  • Monitor & evaluate promotional activities against budget, conducting ROI analysis.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Sales and Premium On‑Trade / Retail / Hospitality sector desired; activation experience beneficial.
  • Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements).
  • Strong (social) networking, interpersonal & relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning & time‑management skills.
  • Well‑developed communication/presentation skills (active listening).
  • Creative thinking.
