Join Concentrix Today! We’re looking for ambitious Sales Advisors who have experience working towards multiple targets in a fast-paced environment. We want target driven people to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for our Post Office client.

Location and contract details:

  • Site working at 67 Hope St, Glasgow, G2 6AE
  • Full-time permanent role contracted to 40 hours paid production between Monday-Saturday 8:30am-6:30pm
  • Salary: £26,520 plus potential bonus earnings of £1,500 per annum

As a Travel Insurance Advisor you will deal with customers who could be taking out policies for single trips, annual multi-trips or backpacker trips. It also covers Medical Assistance, Cancellation Cover, Delayed Departure, Lost, Stolen or Damaged Baggage cover etc.

They will be asking questions to help create the correct policy for the customer, such as the destination of travel, medical history, number of travellers, limits of cover, and the types of activities the customers will be partaking in.

Responsibilities
  • Creating new quotes for customers
  • Dealing with previous quotes that were made online or over the phone
  • Amending renewal quotes
  • Discussing optional extras
  • Dealing with any cancellation queries
  • Dealing with any mid-term adjustments – making any changes to an existing policy for example – change of destination, updating medical information, adding any additional information
  • Whilst also providing any general customer service enquires.
  • Post Office is regulated under the Financial Conduct Authority, so you needs to say certain things, question certain areas and read scripts WORD FOR WORD.
  • Explain and promote benefits and features of Post Office travel insurance to make sure the customers are getting the best products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Ensure professional call manner and remain knowledgeable on products/services on offer.
  • Retention of existing clients or upgrade.
  • Upsell and cross sell of all products and services to customers and prospects.
  • Satisfies customer enquiries on initial call whenever possible.
  • Being able to think quickly and use your own initiative to review customer accounts to see where there is a potential sale opportunity.
  • Using multiple systems to make sure customers are being provided the correct information/ tailored to a sale.
  • Keeping your knowledge up to date with the Post Office brand and the products/services on offer.
  • Support sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products to meet your conversion target as well as other targets.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Providing the best possible customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • 6 months sales/targets driven experience gained in a similar environment
  • PC literate
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environment.
  • Demonstrates they can plan their own workload and can readily accept training, feedback and supervision from management.
  • Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets
  • Exceptionally customer focused and committed to resolving queries.
