Join our dynamic team as an
** Internal Sales Agent**, where you’ll manage a portfolio of customers across a defined region, drive new business, and play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless commercial experience.
** What You’ll Be Doing**
* ** Grow the Business**:
Proactively generate new leads and convert prospects through structured outbound calls.
* ** Customer Portfolio Management**:
Build strong relationships with existing customers, following a strategic call plan.
* ** Pricing & Market Insight**:
Price jobs within agreed guidelines and support market analysis with the DSM.
* ** Sales Administration**:
Handle enquiries, create accurate quotations, and manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
* ** Order Management**:
Support order placement and ensure delivery expectations are met using our SAP system.
* ** Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with DSMs, CSC, and distribution teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
* Comfortable using digital systems and tools (SAP experience is a plus).
